Lead Return Policy

CanLeads.com is here to provide you with not only top quality leads, but excellent service at all times. Our lead replacement policy ensures that you receive accurate information about potential borrowers through our leads. We will replace at no charge leads that lack qualified information, including leads with bad phone numbers and people who are plainly not interested in speaking with you.

Unsatisfactory leads must be returned within 5 business days from the date the lead was received and must meet one of the following criteria:

(1) The lead is a duplicate from our sources only, ie. for the same consumer and same type of product, was presented twice by one of our marketing efforts.

(2) The lead’s data transmitted does not permit you as the client to make contact with the consumer in any way because the lead contains an incorrect telephone number, e-mail address, or similar error.

(3) The lead’s data was entered by a consumer incapable of making a qualified purchase, such as a minor, mentally ill person, or non-Canadian resident.

(4) You as the client has determined, through direct contact with the lead we provided, that the data entered surrounding the lead’s identity is false.
Note, however, that you cannot request a credit if the lead has entered incorrect data surrounding his or her income, assets, debts, or other information necessary to the underwriting or processing of a credit request.
