Exclusive leads are produced and sold solely to one lender or broker. Keep in mind that the applicant may be looking around on the Internet and may have filled out more than contact form (think of it like shopping for a car: people generally prices at different dealerships, or call more than one classified ad). Our guarantee is that we only deliver this information to you, and will not sell it to any other customer.

Non-Exclusive Leads
A more economical option, non-exclusive leads are sold to up to three lenders or brokers.

Vintage Leads
Offered at significantly reduced prices, vintage leads are leads sold once before and are anywhere from 3-12 months old. The price depends on how many are purchased at one time, how old the leads are, and how many filters are required.
